Your sales list is full of junk. Your reps notice it every day.
Duplicates, bouncing addresses and records that were never finished. We clean the list every month, verify it and fill in what's missing — so your reps' time goes to selling instead of calling numbers that don't exist.
No commitment. No integration needed to try — we take a CSV.
What the junk looks like — and why it costs money
Three faults that make reps stop trusting the CRM, and stop using it.
The same person appears three times, with different spellings. Two reps call the same customer, follow-ups get lost and reports count wrong. In an old public email corpus from 2002 (SpamAssassin) 63% were duplicates — that's a proxy, not a CRM and not a customer list.
Companies have changed names, addresses or shut down. Sends bounce, sender reputation suffers and the leads that actually existed disappear in the noise. In an older corpus, 14.7% of the domains no longer existed at all.
The email is there, but name, company and title are missing — so the rep doesn't know who they're calling or why. Records you can neither segment nor prioritise.
info@, support@ and throwaway addresses mixed with real
contacts. Sends land in a shared inbox instead of with a person who can reply.
What we do — every month
A recurring run over the whole list. You send a CSV, you get back a cleaner list and a report on what changed.
Cleanup
Format, syntax and obvious junk are removed. This layer costs 0 kr in variable cost and catches most of the junk.
Dedup
Duplicates are merged into one record — with field values preserved rather than overwritten.
Verification
Records are checked against a vendor: valid, risky or invalid. Records judged invalid are flagged — so they can be removed instead of bouncing.
Enrichment
Name, company and title are filled in where they're missing. The hit rate we measured is 56% — we can't get the rest, and the report says so.
All runs pass automatic QA before the report is delivered: no record is dropped, no numbers that don't add up, and enrichment never overwrites your own data.
Pricing
Up to 15,000 records. No commitment — cancel whenever you like.
- Monthly cleanup, dedup, verification and enrichment
- Before/after report: what was cleaned, enriched and could not be verified
- Works on your CSV — no integration needed to start
- Larger lists: request a quote
What you get for your money
A recurring run and a report you can show: what was cleaned, what was added and what couldn't be verified.
We charge for the result, not for the connection. No commitment means you can measure the benefit over one month and decide after.
Not sure it fits your list? Start with the free audit.
Free audit of 1,000 records
Send a list of up to 1,000 contacts. You get the same list back cleaned — duplicates removed, format fixed, dead domains flagged — plus a short report on what was wrong. Leave your email address and we'll get back to you with how to send the list.
How the audit works
You leave your address here.
We reply with how to send the list (a CSV is enough).
We run the audit on up to 1,000 records.
You get a cleaned list + a short report. No cost, no commitment.
How we measured the numbers
We sell measurements, not promises. So every number here comes with what it's based on.
| Number | Basis |
|---|---|
| 63% duplicates | Measured on 4,449 messages in the SpamAssassin public corpus (2002–2005), which gave 1,644 unique senders. An old public email corpus used as a proxy — not customer data, not a CRM. The number says what can be in an uncleaned list, not what is in yours. |
| 14.7% dead domains | 241 of 1,644 addresses in an older email corpus had no domain at all (NXDOMAIN) and were caught by the free layer. |
| 56% enrichment hit rate | 14 of 25 records, verified against a real enrichment vendor. Uncertainty is large with so few records: the 95% interval is 37–73%. Measured on a proxy set of real company domains, not on a customer list. |
| 0 kr variable cost | The cleanup layer and dedup run locally: 0.87 ms per record, measured over 6,726 lookups. 15,000 records ≈ 0.002 kr/month in pure CPU. |
Verification runs against external vendors and therefore can't be free for the whole volume. That's the part the subscription pays for.
